Shipping and Returns

About Shipping Timelines:

Orders within the USA ship within 7 to 10 business days. 

Orders within Canada ship within 10 to 30 business days. 

In both cases, you receive an email notification with a tracking number when the order is shipped. 

About Our Return Policy:

All our horse paintings products are made to order. As such, all sales are final. However, if your product is received damaged or faulty, we will gladly issue a refund or a free replacement if you notify us within 30 days of parcel reception.

We will ask for a video proof of products being faulty. Upon reception: we will issue a refund, or ship a brand new replacement. Depending on your choice.
